Fresh receipe learned from a friend, first cold and then hot, very interesting way to taste ice cream.

I feel like having sweet stuff lately, so weird.

Normally, you would just boil the glutton balls and be done with it, but i wanne have some other flavors, added a bit fermented rice, egg and this sweet “flower” based “stuff” for aroma, lol, I don’t think there is an English word for it, here we go





Year Rice Cake Soup

Okay, one more dish and I’m done. I will start a new job soon, after this post, there will be no more big meal postings.

Shift of focus from then on. I will post little desserts and late night snack food afterwards, something simple, easy and suitable for busy professionals.








Okay, now I remember why I didn’t make dumpling for the last thee or four years! It’s so boring, at least the last time when I made this, my sister and I were doing together, not fun.

This is the reason why ppl normally eat this around chinese new year. With friends together, while making them, ppl chit chat and time passes by more quickly.

Take a small chunk of the already made dough.

Shape it into a snake like shape.

Cut it into small chunks.

Roll each piece in your palm into a ball and then squish it like a little pie.

Roll on the little pie and rotate it at the same time.

Fold it up in the center.

Close up the right side (and then do the same for the left side)
